   Community Event

 

February 1st marks the 56th consecutive American Heart Month for cardiovascular disease. 

​

As the CEO/Founder of Medic Express, LLC, I pledge to bring more awareness to cardiovascular disease and stroke that kills about 2,300 people daily.

​

We can reduce that daily number of deaths with exercise and diet. 

​

On February 13, 2021, I will ride 56 miles in hopes to bring more awareness to this great cause.
